FriendlySMP is a survival Minecraft server based on community and mutual respect. Our focus is fostering a relaxed and friendly environment.

Below is a list of rules and consequences if these are not followed.

Server Rules

1. Respect Others:

   • Be kind and respectful to all players.
   • No bullying, harassment, or hate speech.
   • If your behavior is reported to be obnoxious or disturbing to others, this is considered a breach of this rule.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Warning.
     • Second offense: Temporary ban.
     • Third offense: Permanent ban.

2. No Griefing:

   • Do not destroy or alter other players' builds or items without their permission.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Permanent ban.

3. No Stealing:

   • Do not take items from other players' chests or bases without permission.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Permanent ban.

4. No Cheating:

   • No use of hacks, mods, or exploits that give unfair advantages. This includes x-ray mods, fly hacks, and duping items. (TNT/STRING Duping disabled)
   • Consequences:
     • First offense (minor cheating): Temporary ban
     • First offense (major cheating): Permanent ban

5. PvP Rules:

   • Player versus Player (PvP) combat is only allowed if both players have enabled /pvp. More info can be found here
   • Combat logging is not allowed!
   • If you attempt to go around these rules by tp trapping or any other means of killing a player who is not in PvP will result in perma ban)
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Temporary ban.
     • Second offense: Permanent ban.

6. Keep Chat Clean:

   • No spamming, excessive swearing, excessive caps or advertising. Use appropriate language.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Temporary mute.
     • Second offense: Temporary ban.
     • Third offense: Permanent ban.

7. No Excessive Lag Machines:

   • Avoid creating massive redstone machines or other contraptions that cause significant lag.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Warning.
     • Second offense: Temporary ban.
     • Third offense: Permanent ban.

8. Respect the Environment:

   • Replant trees and avoid leaving floating trees or destroying large areas of land (unless given permission).
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Warning.
     • Second offense: Temporary ban.

9. Report Issues:

   • Report any bugs/glitches, issues, or rule violations to the server staff. If caught a abusing a bug or glitch it can result in a ban.
   • Consequences:
     • First offense: Warning.
     • Second offense: Temporary ban.

10. Have Fun:

    • Enjoy the game and help create a positive community!
    • Consequences:
      • Not applicable.

11. Villager Limit & Mob/Animal Limit:

    • Villagers: To reduce server lag, limit the number of villagers for personal trading to 10 per player/area, if you need extra villagers outside this limit for small farms such as iron thats fine as well as long as they're not excessive and mass breeding(Area = All chunks that can be loaded in at the same time, not just 1 single chunk). Use the public trading hall instead of creating private ones. If unsure about your villager count, ask an Admin for guidance. 
    • Animal/Mob Farms: Build efficient and reasonably sized farms to avoid server lag. Excessive farms may be reduced or removed by staff. If you have questions about your farm's size, ask a staff member beforehand.
    • Consequences:
      • First offense: Warning.
      • Second offense: Temporary ban.
      • Third offense: Permanent ban.

12. General Conduct:

    • If you are looking for loopholes or ways to get around the rules, that's also against the rules. Please try to be a decent person.
    • Consequences:
      • First offense: Warning.
      • Second offense: Temporary ban.

13. Items from Player Deaths:

    • Do not take items from a player who died near you unless they give permission or are unreachable.
    • Consequences:
      • First offense: Warning.
      • Second offense: Temporary ban.

(Note: any of these consequences can be upgraded or downgraded if an admin/moderator feels the need to do so)

Appeal Process

If you feel you were unfairly judged for rule-breaking, you may submit an appeal by following these steps:

1. 1. Please open a support ticket here
   2. Open a new ticket under "Ban Appeal"
   3. Provide your in-game name, the rule you were accused of breaking, and a brief explanation of your side of the story.
   4. A staff member will review your appeal and respond within 48 hours.

• /sethome <homename> - Set your home at your current location (Members can set 2 by default)
• /home <home> - Teleport to your sethome location
• /tpr - Teleport to a random location on the map to get started
• /spawn - Teleport to the main spawn point
• /pvp - Enable or Disable your pvp
• /tpa <user> - Teleport to your friend or another user on the server
• /bolt trust add <user> - Add a user to all your protections at once
• /unlock - Unlock a protection
