Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to FriendlySMP. By connecting to our server or making a donation, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

FriendlySMP is a privately hosted Minecraft server. Access is a privilege, not a right.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any user at any time, with or without notice, for rule violations or disruptive behavior.
You are responsible for keeping up to date with server rules.

All payments made to FriendlySMP are considered donations, unless otherwise specified.
Donations help support server costs, development, and improvements.
In some cases, donors may receive in-game perks or ranks as a thank-you, but these are not sold as guaranteed services.
We reserve the right to modify or revoke any perk, rank, or feature at any time without notice.

Donors are not exempt from server rules.
Any player may be warned, muted, kicked, or banned for violations of the server rules, regardless of donation status.
Donations do not guarantee permanent access to the server.

All donations and payments are final and non-refundable.

By donating or purchasing, you agree to the following:

You waive your right to dispute payments through your payment provider such as PayPal or credit card.
If you are banned or lose access to the server for violating the rules, you will not receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued in the rare event of a technical error such as a double payment, and only at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an automatic ban and blacklisting from the server and all future donations.

FriendlySMP is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
All Minecraft-related assets and trademarks are the property of Mojang Studios.
These terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
