I'm making this post to have the pluggin Faster Happy Ghasts added to semi. The pluggin is used by hermicraft as well, thats where I learned about it, and it allows you to change the speed of happy ghasts, I believe it makes them about the speed of a good horse but it can be configured. please do this.
